J Bar J Rodeo Company was founded by the Zinsers in 1969 on 600 acres outside of Clare, Mich. The foundation of their herd was the cross between an outlaw mare, purchased from a riding stable in Detroit, Mich., for $150, and a stud from South Dakota. J Bar J Pro Rodeo, now based near Circle Montana, is a highly respected PRCA stock contractor owned by Sparky and Marlene Dreesen, famous for supplying top bucking horses like "Drunk Bunny" and "Shady Jacket" to major events, including the National Finals Rodeo (NFR). They've won the PRCA Remuda Award multiple times, and Sparky Dreesen was inducted into the Montana Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, solidifying their legacy in providing elite rodeo stock known for heart and power.
